Suwon City Accepts Objections to Individual Housing Prices Until Next Month 29

The city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province will operate the objection submission period for the "2024 Individual Housing Prices" from the 30th of this month to the 29th of next month.

Individual housing prices can be checked by searching for "Individual Housing Prices" in the search bar on the Suwon city website (www.suwon.go.kr). They can also be viewed on the Real Estate Public Price Information website (www.realtyprice.kr) and at the tax offices of the district offices where the houses are located.

Homeowners or interested parties (those affected by rights or interests) who have objections to the housing prices can fill out an objection form and submit it by mail or in person to the tax office of the district office where the house is located by the 29th of next month.

The application form can be downloaded from the Suwon city website, and forms are also available at each district office tax department. It is also possible to submit objections online through the Real Estate Public Price Information website.

If the prices of standard houses with the same or most similar characteristics such as land use zone and building structure, and the prices of nearby houses are not balanced, an appropriate opinion price can be suggested.

Suwon city will re-investigate the appropriateness of the decided price regarding the submitted objection, undergo verification by the Korea Real Estate Board, and then present it to the Suwon City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.

Suwon city will notify the objectors of the results after deliberation by the Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee.

Meanwhile, the apartment prices decided and announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport can be viewed and objected to on the Real Estate Public Price Information website from the 30th of this month to the 29th of next month.
