'Babo Deulgwa NewJeans' Rhymed Hip-Hop T-Shirts Released

Min Hee-jin Press Conference Continues to Attract Attention
"Old Jerks - New Jeans Perfect Daegu"
"Vicarious Satisfaction in Criticizing Incompetent Management"

The urgent press conference held by Min Hee-jin, CEO of ADOR, who strongly refuted the 'management takeover allegations' raised by HYBE, has been attracting attention day after day. Following the sold-out T-shirts and caps worn at the press conference, printed T-shirts featuring designs based on Min's statements at the press conference are gaining popularity.

On the 26th, printed T-shirts featuring images of Min at the press conference along with English translations of his remarks drew interest on online communities and social media.

The revealed black short-sleeve T-shirt displays Min holding a microphone, with various forms of his translated statements printed in English.

At the very top of the T-shirt, in large red letters, it reads "all eyez on me." This is the title of an album by the late American rapper Tupac Shakur, who died in 1996, metaphorically representing the media and public's focus on Min's press conference.

On the chest area, the phrases "And there are 2 many old jerks" and "Tryna kill me" are printed. These appear to be adaptations of Min's statement at the press conference, "These old bastards are trying to kill me."

In the middle of the T-shirt, the expression "If you got beef, bring it straight up to my face" is printed, which is a variation of Min's remark, "If you're coming in, come face to face; don't act all shady behind my back," made during the press conference.

Netizens who saw the T-shirt responded with comments such as "The phrases fit perfectly," "The magical rhyme contrasting Old jerks and New Jeans," "Real gangster hip-hop," and "It surpassed stars and YouTubers in terms of buzz." However, there were also concerns about potential portrait rights infringement for printing Min's press conference image as is.

Earlier, HYBE announced the results of an interim audit on ADOR's management, including CEO Min Hee-jin, and stated that they would file charges against them for breach of duty and other allegations. Meanwhile, public opinion is divided over Min's uncensored remarks, including profanity aimed at HYBE and Chairman Bang Si-hyuk, during the explanation of the management takeover allegations raised by HYBE.

Immediately after the press conference, criticism was strong that "this is not the attitude to show in an official setting," but among younger generations and office workers, voices supporting Min grew, saying, "I felt vicarious satisfaction as he straightforwardly criticized incompetent management," and "He candidly pointed out problems in the idol album market."

They liken Min's demeanor to 'hip-hop,' which resists established culture and order, and enjoy his remarks as 'quotes,' editing them or adding beats to create 'freestyle videos,' thus embracing them as part of online culture.

Fueled by this enthusiastic response from the younger generation, the T-shirts and caps Min wore at the press conference have also sold out.
