On the 28th, spokesperson Kim Minsu said in a statement, "The Democratic Party has indicated its intention to hold a plenary session on May 2 without bipartisan agreement to vote on the 'Special Prosecutor Act for Chae Sang-byeong' and the Special Act on Jeonse Fraud," expressing this view.

Spokesperson Kim said, "The Democratic Party is announcing the second season of parliamentary dictatorship and parliamentary outrage," adding, "The Democratic Party should not arbitrarily interpret the public will."

He continued, "There is neither justification nor practical benefit for the people in the Democratic Party's claims; there is only a calculation of political interests," adding, "The cash handouts, Special Act on Jeonse Fraud, and Grain Management Act advocated by the Democratic Party all mean robbing the pockets of future generations."

He also said, "What parent in the world would say they will empty their child's or grandchild's piggy bank to fill their own belly?" and "The easy political path the Democratic Party is heading toward is ultimately a path to national ruin and will force young people to kneel before despair."

Spokesperson Kim stated, "Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-myung requested meetings with the president eight times before the general election under the label of people's livelihoods," and "The entire nation will watch whether the livelihoods they have shouted about were sincere or just political strife born of extreme selfishness leading to national ruin."
