Online Application on Songpa-gu Website from May 1 to July 31
For 2005-born Residents Registered in Songpa-gu for Over 1 Year Before April 30, 2023, Until Payment

Songpa-gu (District Mayor Seo Gang-seok) is supporting the Seongnyeon Starting Support Fund this year as well to encourage young people born in 2005 who are taking their first steps into society, aiming to achieve both motivation for healthy growth as members of society and revitalization of the local economy.

The ‘Seongnyeon Starting Support Fund’ is a project that provides 200,000 KRW worth of Songpa Love Gift Certificates, a mobile local currency, to each individual born in 2005 who has continuously resided in Songpa-gu for more than one year. It celebrates reaching adulthood and conveys the message of ‘A new start, new rights, new responsibilities’ to help recipients feel the interest of society.

Applications can be made from May 1 on the Songpa-gu Office website. Eligible applicants are those born in 2005 who are residents of Songpa-gu and have reached adulthood this year (including those whose birthdays have not yet occurred), and who have continuously registered their residence and lived in Songpa-gu for more than one year as of April 30, 2023, until the time of payment.

The application and reception period is from May 1 to July 31. After signing up as a member on the Songpa-gu website, applicants can apply online through the ‘Seongnyeon Starting Support Fund menu (Communication & Participation → Survey/Application/Consultation → Seongnyeon Starting Support Fund)’. No separate documents are required, and payment is made after verifying eligibility.

※ After applying on the Songpa-gu Office website, installing and registering as a member on the ‘Seoulpay+’ app on the recipient’s mobile phone is mandatory.
