In this survey, the district office plans to focus on actual residence for residential use, self-cultivation (farming)·non-use·facility farming for agricultural (forestry) use, and whether development projects have commenced for development use.

According to the survey results, if land use obligations are not fulfilled, an order to comply will be issued, and if compliance is not met within the period specified in the order, a penalty fee of up to 10% of the land acquisition price will be imposed.
