Chungnam Asan 'The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 2' First Priority Subscription on the 8th of Next Month

POSCO E&C announced on the 26th that it will officially begin sales of 'The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 2,' located in Block 3 of the Asan Tangjeong District urban development area in Chungnam.

Special supply applications start on the 7th of next month, followed by first-priority subscriptions on the 8th and second-priority subscriptions on the 9th. Winners will be announced on the 16th of the same month, and formal contracts will be conducted from the 27th to the 29th. For first-priority subscriptions, applicants must have held a subscription savings account for at least six months and be at least 19 years old residing in Asan City (current year) or Chungnam Province, Sejong, or Daejeon. Applications can be made regardless of income level, home ownership, household head or member status, or re-winning status.


The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 2 consists of 9 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 1,214 households, of which 1,050 are for general sale. The units are divided by exclusive area as follows: 560 units of 70㎡A, 154 units of 70㎡B, 60 units of 70㎡C, 188 units of 84㎡A, 126 units of 84㎡B, and 126 units of 84㎡C.


The Asan Tangjeong District urban development area (approximately 536,900㎡ covering Galsan and Maegok-ri) will include about 4,300 households and urban infrastructure, including The Sharp brand town in Blocks 3 and 4 (2,354 households). It offers convenient access to Tangjeong Station on Subway Line 1 and high-speed rail services nationwide via the nearby KTX and SRT Cheonan-Asan Station. It is also close to Isunsin-daero and the Dangjin-Cheongju Expressway (Asan-Cheonan section). Asan City was included in the extension plan of the metropolitan area express railway (GTX)-C line announced in January.


Regarding education, Tangjeong 8 Elementary School (tentative name), scheduled to open in March 2027 within the urban development area, has passed the Ministry of Education’s central investment review committee, confirming its establishment. Kindergartens and middle schools will be located within walking distance from the complex.


Additionally, residents can conveniently access amenities around Tangjeong Station and Cheonan-Asan Station, including Moda Outlet, E-Mart, CGV, Galleria Department Store, and E-Mart Traders. Nearby, the Gokgyocheon Stream flows, and the residential environment is pleasant with planned neighborhood parks within the urban development area, as well as Yonggok Park and Jisan Park adjacent to the site.


The complex will feature 'antibacterial yellow soil ducts,' and UV-C LED sterilization lighting will be installed inside elevators to eliminate fine viruses and bacteria. The smart home service 'AiQ TECH' allows remote control of lighting, heating, gas shutoff, and ventilation. Parking spaces are ample, with a ratio of 1.32 spaces per household. Charging outlets for electric vehicles with billing functions will be additionally installed on parking lot pillars.


A sales representative stated, "The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 2, together with the Phase 1 complex that sold out earlier this year, will form a brand town of about 2,300 households and establish itself as a landmark complex representing the area. It mainly consists of cost-effective small to medium-sized units such as 70㎡ types, and it is expected to attract significant interest from young generations, including newlyweds, who are the main beneficiaries of the recent subscription system reforms."
