Bodyfriend Opens One-Day Class with Barista 'Robot'

Bodyfriend announced on the 26th that it held a robot experience customer event with Doosan Robotics' barista robot at the Lotte Mall Suwon Lounge on the 25th.

Bodyfriend conducted a one-day leather craft class for VIP customers at the Lotte Mall Suwon Lounge to operate the barista robot 'DR.Presso'. In the first session, participants made cup holders and cup coasters using natural cowhide within the lounge and tasted coffee brewed by the barista robot. In the second session, participants experienced Bodyfriend's healthcare robots Quantum, Pharaoh Robo, Eden, and others.

Last month on the 28th, Bodyfriend signed a business agreement with Doosan Robotics, the number one collaborative robot company, as a strategic partnership for the development and expansion of the robot industry. DR.Presso was installed in the Bodyfriend lounge to allow visitors to experience the barista robot.

A Bodyfriend representative explained, "Customer satisfaction is very high with the more customer-friendly transformation of the Bodyfriend lounge through the operation of this robot cafe."
