Daejeon Seo-gu announced that as of January 1 this year, the prices of 18,809 individual houses have been determined as of the 30th and will be publicly disclosed, with viewing and objections accepted until the 29th of next month.

The prices increased by an average of 0.67% compared to the previous year, which is analyzed as a result reflecting the rise in standard house prices (increase rate of 0.6%).
