Daegu Catholic University President Seong Han-gi is participating in the 'Bye Bye Plastic' challenge and taking a commemorative photo on the 25th.

The method of participating in the challenge involves posting a pledge to practice the campaign on SNS and recommending the next participant.

On the 25th, President Seong posted on the official SNS channels such as the main website and Instagram, stating, "Reduce the use of disposable products and increase the use of reusable products."

Moreover, to join the challenge, all university members promised to participate in ▲using reusable products instead of disposable ones ▲not using unnecessary plastic bags ▲taking responsibility for separating and disposing of the products they use.

Previously nominated by Kim Yong-seung, President of Catholic Kwandong University, President Seong Han-gi nominated Cha Ho-cheol, President of Catholic Sangji University, and Han Myung-a, Chairperson of the Daegu Women's Association Council, as the next participants.
