Adoer Min Heejin Submits Thank-You Letter to HYBE... "Legal Action if Content Is Disclosed"

Representative Min Contains Over 30 Questions Including Allegations of Attempted Management Takeover

However, ADOR warned HYBE that "if the response content is disclosed externally, legal action will be taken," so the response details were not made public.

HYBE's audit inquiry reportedly contained about 30 questions related to CEO Min and her close executive's alleged attempts to seize management rights, suspicions of contacting external investors, and leakage of company secrets.

HYBE's audit of ADOR requested a board meeting on the 22nd, and a board meeting is scheduled for the 30th of next month. If the board meeting is not established due to the absence of ADOR's board members, HYBE plans to apply to the court for permission to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. HYBE and ADOR have each appointed Kim & Chang Law Firm and Sejong Law Firm as their legal representatives to respond.

The court's decision is usually made 4 to 5 weeks after the application. Once the court's judgment is issued, the notice for convening the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders is sent on the same day, and the extraordinary general meeting and board meeting are held 15 days later. HYBE is expected to dismiss the existing board members, including CEO Min, and appoint new directors through the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
