"Next-Generation Service Leaders Focused on Enhancing Capital Markets and Corporate Value"
On the 24th, Samjong KPMG held a management committee meeting and announced the promotion to ‘representative rank’ for ▲Byeon Young-hoon, Vice President (Audit Division) ▲Kim Yi-dong, Vice President (Financial Advisory Division) ▲Park Sang-won, Vice President (Consulting Division). This promotion will be officially effective from the 1st of next month.

Representative Byeon Young-hoon, born in 1970, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree from Yonsei University. He joined KPMG in 1995 and has accumulated audit experience across various industries including manufacturing, construction, and pharmaceutical & bio sectors. Recognized for his audit quality capabilities and expertise, he was appointed as the head of the Audit Division this month.
Representative Kim Yi-dong, born in 1977, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University. He joined Samjong KPMG in 2000 and served as the head of Samjong Investment Advisory and the 5th division head of the Financial Advisory Division. To support continuous corporate growth, he also led the ‘M&A Center,’ the industry’s first collective intelligence group of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) experts. In October last year, he was promoted to head of the Financial Advisory Division due to his outstanding work performance.
Representative Park Sang-won, born in 1968, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Yonsei University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University. After working at Arthur Andersen, BearingPoint, and AT Kearney, he has led Samjong KPMG’s consulting operations since 2008 and is regarded as a leading ‘consulting expert.’ To respond to new market changes, he has been leading the Consulting Division since July last year.
