Two Types of Coffee: Ground and Whole Bean
Rich and Intense Aroma... Clean Finish
As demand for premium coffee increases, Dongseo Food has launched six types of 'KANU Whole Bean Coffee' (3 whole bean types and 3 ground coffee types).
The new products include three flavors: ▲KANU Silky Beige ▲KANU Creamy Burgundy ▲KANU Velvety Black, each available in two types: ground coffee and whole bean (un-ground beans). Depending on the product type, they can be enjoyed using various methods such as espresso, hand drip, or cold brew.
The six KANU whole bean coffee varieties feature the concept of ‘FIRST BOLD, LAST CLEAN,’ delivering a rich and intense flavor that fills the mouth and a clean taste that lingers after swallowing. Premium beans from Central and South America and Africa are used, with optimal roasting profiles applied to each bean to maximize their unique flavors and characteristics.
'KANU Silky Beige' is light roasted, characterized by an attractive acidity reminiscent of fruits. 'KANU Creamy Burgundy' is medium roasted, offering a rich and nutty flavor with moderate acidity, while 'KANU Velvety Black' is dark roasted, featuring a heavy body with smoky aroma and a sweet-bitter flavor.
Additionally, Dongseo Food recently launched a large-size product, ‘KANU Whole Bean Coffee Cafe Blend Dark Roasting’ (1.13kg), which is now available at Costco stores nationwide. The KANU Cafe Blend Dark Roasting is a whole bean type designed for business operators running coffee shops or consumers who prefer large quantities of coffee beans.
