AGE20’S Plans to Expand Local Distribution Channels
Developing Essence Pact Tailored to American Consumers' Skin Tones
Aekyung Industrial announced on the 24th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Silicon2, a global K-beauty distribution platform. This strategic business partnership was formed ahead of their entry into the US online and offline markets.

Silicon2 is a distribution platform that has established distribution, sales, and logistics infrastructure in the North American market. Key officials, including Aekyung Industrial CEO Kim Sang-jun and Silicon2 CEO Kim Sung-woon, attended the signing ceremony held the day before.
Through this MOU, Aekyung Industrial will start operating on Amazon, the largest online channel in the US, together with Silicon2, and plans to list its products at MOIDA, Silicon2’s first offline channel in the US, scheduled to open next month.
The product Aekyung Industrial will introduce is ‘AGE20’S’ (Age Twenty’s), which is securing its position in global markets such as China. The signature Essence Pact Intense Cover comes in six shades, three of which have been developed to match the skin tones of American consumers. In the second half of this year, sun care products developed exclusively for the local market are planned to be launched in the US.
An Aekyung Industrial representative said, “Aekyung Industrial continues efforts to expand brand awareness in key K-beauty export countries such as Japan and Vietnam, in addition to China. We expect AGE20’S to establish a stable foothold in the US market through this MOU with Silicon2.”
