A global shared campus refers to a comprehensive cooperation system where domestic and overseas universities go beyond simple exchange cooperation to open and share curricula, educational resources, and facilities with each other.

The university with which President Lee and his delegation signed the agreement in China is Nantong Institute of Technology. According to the agreement, the two universities plan to expand student exchange programs, develop joint undergraduate training programs, exchange faculty and staff, send international students, and collaborate on joint academic activities.

Before visiting Nantong Institute of Technology, President Lee and his delegation visited Zhenjiang Vocational College to discuss student exchange programs, dual-language programs, and faculty admission to graduate doctoral courses.

They also held an admissions briefing session for students of Zhenjiang Vocational College to explain Mokwon University's dual-language program operation process, as well as provide information on Mokwon University's Korean language program and visa issuance.

President Lee said, “By establishing a global shared campus, we will support Mokwon University students in gaining diverse experiences at overseas universities and growing into talents with an international perspective. We will strive for the two countries’ universities to cooperate in nurturing global talents and contribute to the exchange and development of both countries.”
