The People Life, 'Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index No.1' Awarded for 3 Consecutive Years [CEO Seonggon Cha of The People Life (Provided by The People Life)]

'The People Life' has won the '2024 Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index 1st Place' in the Customer Satisfaction Brand (Funeral Service) category for three consecutive years.


The People Life has promoted a target marketing strategy that encompasses all generations based on the slogan "We study people." It offers total life services reflecting the customer's life cycle, such as senior care, life care, health care, and pet care, providing customers with new experiences.


As a result, it has been recognized both internally and externally for trust and stability, including consecutive CCM certification for consumer-centered management through the Fair Trade Commission's evaluation process and maintaining a top credit rating for 11 consecutive years. It has also solidified its status by being selected as the 1st place in the Customer Satisfaction Brand (Funeral Service) category of the '2024 Korea Consumer Satisfaction Index' for three consecutive years.
