Older Sister's Sexual Assault Led to Divorce
Regarding Malicious Commenters: "Will Prosecute with Zero Tolerance"
Actress Sunwoo Eun-sook, who divorced announcer Yoo Young-jae, claimed that she "did not know about Yoo Young-jae's third marriage." She also revealed that she filed an annulment lawsuit, alleging that "Yoo Young-jae sexually assaulted my biological older sister."

On the 23rd, Sunwoo Eun-sook's legal representatives, lawyers Yoon Ji-sang and Noh Jong-eon (Law Firm Jonjae), stated, "Since last year, Yoo Young-jae has been accused of forcibly molesting A, Sunwoo Eun-sook's biological older sister, through inappropriate physical contact on five occasions. A complaint was filed at Bundang Police Station." They added, "Sunwoo Eun-sook was so shocked upon hearing the victim's account from A that she fainted. This became the decisive factor in her decision to divorce Yoo Young-jae."
Furthermore, the law firm said, "After Sunwoo Eun-sook finalized her divorce through mediation with Yoo Young-jae on the 3rd, she learned through media reports that Yoo Young-jae had hidden a common-law marriage relationship before marrying her." They continued, "There are precedents recognizing annulment of marriage when a common-law relationship is concealed before marriage. Based on this, a lawsuit for annulment of marriage was filed at the Suwon District Court Seongnam Branch."
In addition, regarding Sunwoo Eun-sook's divorce, the law firm announced plans to sue netizens spreading malicious rumors. They stated, "Malicious commenters are producing false comments on various YouTube channels and community boards related to Sunwoo Eun-sook's divorce." They urged, "We will take legal action against these malicious commenters with a zero-tolerance policy. We ask that secondary harm to the victim cease."
Earlier, on the 5th, Sunwoo Eun-sook announced that she had completed a consensual divorce with Yoo Young-jae. It had been about one year and six months since their remarriage. During this process, suspicions arose that Yoo Young-jae had been living in a common-law marriage with a woman until fifteen days before marrying Sunwoo Eun-sook, leading to controversy over whether it was a 'third marriage' rather than a 'remarriage.'
