Veloc announced on the 23rd that it is advancing AI technology by improving the accuracy of its proprietary AI motion analysis solution, ‘i-object track,’ and developing various algorithms. i-object track is a solution based on AI technology that analyzes various behavior patterns and situations. Depending on the algorithm, it can be applied to various fields such as crowd detection and fire detection.

In the field of AI motion analysis, not only the absolute amount of data but also the presence of sophisticated algorithms that analyze behavior patterns are key factors in evaluating solutions. Veloc is currently enhancing AI technology through large-scale training data to improve the accuracy of several algorithms it has already developed, including crowd detection, intrusion, and fall detection. By training on massive amounts of data, it is achieving accuracy levels that meet customer requirements.

Veloc is also promoting the expansion of application areas for its AI motion analysis solution by developing additional algorithms tailored to customer needs. Centered on AI specialists, Veloc is continuously developing new algorithms such as fight detection, abandonment detection, and fire detection. The company explained that, with the recent increase in demand for AI motion analysis not only in large-scale industrial sites but also in various other fields, it is proactively diversifying its algorithms.

To this end, Veloc has reinforced its large-scale AI-related expert workforce. By absorbing and merging the AI specialist company ‘VCI’ at the end of last year, it secured a large number of research personnel, with algorithm experts accounting for 30% of the new developers. Veloc plans to continue recruiting and nurturing experts in related fields to widen the technological gap.
