In Screen Golf League, Teaming Up with Woods
Homa and Kisner Also Join 'Jupiter Links'
24 Players to Compete, Opening Scheduled for January 7 Next Year
Kim Joo-hyung has joined the same team as the "Golf Emperor" Tiger Woods (USA).

The Jupiter Links Golf Club of the screen golf league TGL, captained by Woods, announced on the 22nd (local time) that "Kim Joo-hyung, Max Homa, and Kevin Kisner (all from the USA) will be joining." Woods said, "We have finalized a team roster composed of world-class golfers," adding, "I look forward to proudly representing the Jupiter area with my teammates and engaging with fans in the future." Regarding Kim Joo-hyung, he said, "He has incredible skills. I think he is one of the underrated players relative to his ability," and added, "He performed excellently at the 2022 Presidents Cup. I am happy to be able to work together."
Kim Joo-hyung recalled, "I grew up being greatly inspired by Woods. I first met Woods in Australia when I was eight years old," and said, "I think it was the Australian Open; I happened to see Woods and cheered for him, and I still vividly remember that Woods greeted me back." He welcomed the opportunity, saying, "Since I was young, I have watched Woods' videos countless times. I am very happy to be able to play on the same team as my idol."
TGL is a screen golf league led by Woods and Rory McIlroy (Northern Ireland) that will launch next year. Twenty-four players will form six teams of four players each and compete in team matches over 15 holes. The league is scheduled to open on January 7 next year.
