Coway Opens Brand Experience Store 'Bundang Direct Store'

Coway announced on the 23rd that it has opened a brand experience store, ‘Coway Bundang Direct Store,’ in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do.

The Bundang Direct Store is Coway’s 12th direct store following the Gangnam Direct Store, Yongin Direct Store, Yongsan Direct Store, and others. It is the 8th direct store in the metropolitan area.

The store is approximately 66 pyeong in size and allows customers to directly experience and purchase various Coway best-selling products, including the Icon water purifier series and the new Birex products.

The Bundang Direct Store is composed of a ‘showroom space’ designed like an actual home with a bedroom and living room, a ‘Birex experience space’ where customers can try innovative Birex products such as the Birex massage bed, spine bed, and Birex pebble chair, a ‘product display space’ exhibiting various Coway products, and a ‘consultation space’ for product purchase and consultation. Professional consultation staff are also assigned within the store to facilitate convenient product experience and purchase for customers.
