Yurim E&C's ‘Ilgwang Norway Forest Ocean Foret,’ located in Ilgwang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan Metropolitan City, will open its first-priority subscription on the 23rd (Tuesday).
‘Ilgwang Norway Forest Ocean Foret’ is a large complex consisting of 11 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 1,294 households and exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 112㎡. The number of units by type is △84㎡A 386 units △84㎡A-T 10 units △84㎡B 165 units △84㎡B-T 2 units △84㎡C 273 units △84㎡C-T 8 units △106㎡ 112 units △106㎡-T 2 units △112㎡A 217 units △112㎡A-T 6 units △112㎡B 111 units △112㎡B-T 2 units.
The subscription schedule is first priority on the 23rd (Tuesday) and second priority on the 24th (Wednesday). The announcement of winners will be on the 30th (Tuesday), and the official contract period will be held for four days from May 13th (Monday) to May 16th (Thursday).
The eligibility requirements for first-priority subscription are applicants aged 19 or older as of the resident recruitment announcement date (April 12, 2024), residing in Busan Metropolitan City or Ulsan/Gyeongnam, with a subscription savings account held for at least six months (meeting deposit requirements by region and area).
Both household heads and members, regardless of home ownership, including homeowners, are eligible for first-priority subscription without restrictions on re-winning. Additionally, there is no obligation for actual residence, and resale restrictions apply for six months from the announcement date of winners.
Yurim E&C also offers various sales benefits to reduce the burden on buyers. First, the down payment is set at 5%, significantly lowering initial costs. Selected contract holders will receive some home appliances, such as dishwashers, air dressers, and Himpel smart ventilators, which are usually paid options, free of charge.
To alleviate buyers' concerns about rising interest rates, a ‘Loan Interest Rate Assurance Program’ is in place. This program covers any increase in loan interest rates beyond the initially applied rate when applying for interim payment loans, reducing the burden of variable interest rates on buyers and receiving strong positive responses.
‘Ilgwang Norway Forest Ocean Foret’ is designed as a large-scale resort-style complex harmonizing with beautiful nature, attracting early interest from buyers. The landscaping area, approximately 10,000 pyeong, was designed and constructed by Samsung C&T’s Everland Resort Landscaping Team.
Within the complex, there are themed areas inspired by Everland, such as Caribbean Bay Water Ground, Safari World Play Ground, a large pond (artificial lake) reflecting the blue sky, and six themed forests filled with exotic trees, allowing residents to enjoy resort-like scenery in their daily lives.
Another advantage is the composition of rare medium-to-large-sized units in the region. The interior layouts maximize space utilization with features such as entrance pantries, kitchen pantries, alpha rooms, and spacious dressing rooms, designed to create a luxurious living space without additional options.
The wide service area, up to 15 pyeong (50.80㎡), has also attracted high interest from buyers. The service area is additional space provided beyond the exclusive area and is not included in the sale price. Therefore, the larger the service area, the more relatively spacious the actual usable area compared to the sale price.
The exclusive 112㎡A type of ‘Ilgwang Norway Forest Ocean Foret’ has a service area of 50.80㎡, making the total usable area 163.72㎡. Converted to pyeong, this corresponds to 49.5 pyeong, allowing contract holders to utilize the space in various ways according to their lifestyle and preferences.
The model house for ‘Ilgwang Norway Forest Ocean Foret’ is currently open, and move-in is scheduled for March 2027.
