Customized Employment Support for Local Job-Seeking Youth
Nasaret University held the first Business Operation Committee meeting of the University Job Plus Center to support employment for current students and local job-seeking youth.
According to Nasaret University on the 23rd, the ‘2024 Academic Year 1st Nasaret University University Job Plus Center Business Operation Committee’ was held at 11 a.m. the previous day on the first floor of the Sarang-gwan building.

The University Job Plus Project is led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and is implemented to establish a one-stop employment support service hub function targeting not only the campuses of participating universities but also graduates and local job-seeking youth.
At this committee meeting, discussions were held on reviewing the 2024 academic year University Job Plus Center business plan, the timing of non-curricular program operations, and the review of the project execution budget, along with preparing customized employment support measures for the employment success of current students and local job-seeking youth. There was also a discussion on the committee’s status as an integrated function to support these efforts.
The committee was attended by a total of 13 internal and external members, including Kang Ji-eon, Director of the University Job Plus Center (Chairperson); Jeong Gi-cheon, Director of Student Support; Jang Young-gyu, Team Leader of the University Job Plus Center; Professors Kim Kwang-gi, Kim Yeon-jeong, Kim Ji-young, Nam Young-woo, and Do Hye-sook; Kwak Eun-kyung, Team Leader of Academic Support; Yong Mi-seon, Team Leader of the Disabled Student Support Center; Jeon Bang-yeon, Team Leader of the Startup Education Center; Jo Tae-hyung, Team Leader of the Student Scholarship Team; and Yoo In-soon, CEO of Korea Career Jobs.
Director Kang said, “Through this committee, we will establish an organically integrated support system among departments related to employment support within the university and prepare customized programs and support policies for the employment success of current students and local job-seeking youth, thereby contributing to improving the employment rate.”
