Temperature Similar to Average
Morning 7~13°C · Afternoon 15~24°C
On Tuesday, rain is expected in most parts of the country. The temperature, which dropped slightly due to the rain over the past weekend, will remain around the average level.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 22nd, due to the influence of a low-pressure system moving from the southern sea of Jeju Island to the southern East Sea on the 23rd, rain will begin early in the morning on Jeju Island and the western coast of Jeonbuk.
This spring rain will expand to Gangwon Yeongdong in the morning and nationwide by night, then mostly stop in most areas by the afternoon of Wednesday, the 24th. However, some areas in Gyeongbuk may experience rain until the evening of the 24th.
The expected rainfall on the 23rd and 24th is 5-20 mm in Seoul and the metropolitan area and the five western islands, 10-40 mm in Gangwon Yeongdong, 5-20 mm in Gangwon Yeongseo, 5-10 mm in the Chungcheong and Jeolla regions, 10-40 mm in Busan, Ulsan, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, Ulleungdo and Dokdo, and 5-30 mm in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, inland Gyeongnam, and Jeju.
From dawn to daytime on the 24th, the atmosphere will become very unstable, and rain accompanied by gusts, thunder, and lightning is expected.
For the time being, high waves will approach the coast due to swell inflow along the East Coast, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, and the coast of Jeju Island starting from the 23rd, so caution is advised.
The morning low temperature on the 23rd is expected to be 7 to 13 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature is expected to be 15 to 24 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust levels are expected to be mostly clean, ranging from 'Good' to 'Moderate,' due to rainfall and smooth atmospheric dispersion.
