According to a People Power Party official on the 22nd, the 22nd general election winners decided at the winners' meeting held at the National Assembly in Yeouido, Seoul, in the afternoon to form a task force (TF) to create the election white paper. Additionally, Representative Jo, who was elected in Mapo-gu Gap, Seoul, will lead the TF team and oversee the production of the white paper.

The TF is expected to be composed mainly of those who lost rather than those who won. A party official stated, "Many of the defeated district party chairpersons outside the National Assembly will participate," adding, "No specific names have been mentioned for participation in the TF, but the idea that such a plan would be good was raised (at the winners' meeting)." The work on creating the white paper is scheduled to begin in mid-next month. The official explained that about two weeks will be needed to decide on the roadmap and carry out practical tasks.

There has been a continuous call to create a white paper analyzing the causes of the election defeat, focusing on the winners in the metropolitan area. Representative Jo argued at the winners' meeting on the 16th, "Without a truly desperate and cold analysis, we will lose again," and emphasized, "We really need to create a general election white paper and also gather opinions from those who lost." Furthermore, Representative Kim Jae-seop of Dobong-gu Gap, Seoul, said on CBS Radio on the 15th, "I think a proper white paper is necessary," and added, "I will take an active and leading role in creating the white paper."
