Geumcheon 50 Plus Center Boram Job Project Launch Ceremony Held

Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yu Seong-hoon) announced that on the 22nd at 10 a.m., it held the ‘Boram Job Project Launch Ceremony’ for over 120 participants of the Geumcheon 50 Plus Center (Center) Boram Job Project at the Geumcheon-gu Office auditorium.


The Boram Job Project is a program that supports middle-aged individuals aged 40 and above who have retired from their main jobs to utilize their skills and experience, enabling continuous social participation and providing opportunities for a stable second chapter in life.


Participants will be active in various fields according to each project, including support for senior and disabled job projects, youth facility operation support, learning support for disabled students, and childcare.


The event was organized to encourage participants of the Boram Job Project and to provide job training.


Yu Seong-hoon, Mayor of Geumcheon-gu, encouraged the participants by saying, “I hope you will demonstrate your experience and wisdom as middle-aged individuals and create a wonderful opportunity for a second act in life together with the Geumcheon 50 Plus Center.”
