A man in his 20s who wandered the streets naked was caught by Ulsan police.
On the 22nd, Ulsan Dongbu Police Station announced that they are investigating Mr. A on charges of public indecency.
According to the police, around 6 p.m. on the 19th, multiple 112 emergency calls were received reporting, "A man is running around the road completely naked."
The responding officers found Mr. A strolling naked in front of a parking lot at a children's park in Jujeon-dong, Dong-gu, Ulsan, and arrested him on the spot.
The police conducted a simple drug test on Mr. A, suspecting traces of drug use on his body, but the result was negative.
The police are investigating the circumstances of the incident, including checking Mr. A's psychiatric history.
