Tisis, an infrastructure and leisure subsidiary of Taekwang Group, announced on the 22nd that Cho Sun-joo, team leader of the SK Broadband CS team in the CS Business Division, received a commendation from the Minister of Science and ICT in recognition of her contribution to win-win cooperation at the '2024 Cable TV Broadcasting Awards.'
Team Leader Cho was recognized for improving the working environment of call center counselors and enhancing the quality of service for elderly customers in the field of win-win cooperation. In particular, she established a part-time work system targeting housewives, supported psychological counseling services for emotional laborers, and promoted a weekly check-in call campaign for elderly people living alone.
Team Leader Cho said, "I was able to receive this award thanks to the hard work of the employees who worked together," and added, "I will continue to strive to improve the working environment and the quality of customer service."
The Tisis CS Division recently operates an in-house cafe to improve the working environment of call center employees and has completed remodeling work to improve office conditions. Going forward, it plans to continue institutional and financial support such as operating in-house clubs.
The Korea Cable TV Broadcasting Association has been awarding the Cable TV Broadcasting Awards to outstanding contributors in the cable broadcasting industry since 2007. The association presents government commendations in four areas: ▲win-win cooperation with partners such as call centers ▲development of paid broadcasting ▲advancement of the cable TV broadcasting industry ▲development of cable TV broadcasting video content production.
