May 'Gogosing' Campaign Launch... Discounts on Flights and Accommodation
Shinhan Card announced on the 22nd that it has signed a business agreement with the Singapore Tourism Board for joint marketing targeting travelers to Singapore. The signing ceremony was attended by Shinhan Card President Moon Dong-kwon and Melissa Au, Director of the Singapore Tourism Board, among other officials.
Through this agreement, Shinhan Card will promote marketing in all travel-related sectors such as airfare, accommodation, shopping, and dining in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board for three years. Shinhan Card plans to leverage its big data capabilities to conduct customized marketing targeting consumers likely to travel to Singapore or those who have booked airline tickets. Additionally, it will provide the Singapore Tourism Board with information on Korean-preferred merchants and local usage trends to support the activation of the tourism board's initiatives.
As the first example of joint marketing, the ‘Go Go SING’ campaign centered on the ‘Shinhan SOL Travel Check Card’ will be launched in May. Card users will be offered benefits such as discounts on airfare and accommodation, cashback on local spending, and special overseas services. Shinhan Card’s major partners in Singapore include Singapore Airlines and Marina Bay Sands Hotel.
Moon Dong-kwon, President of Shinhan Card, stated, “We hope this collaboration will provide a special experience for customers visiting Singapore,” and added, “We also plan to actively explore other areas that can create synergies, such as supporting economic and cultural exchanges between Korea and Singapore.”
