The police conducted a search and seizure of doctors who posted the names of residents who did not participate in the collective withdrawal on an online community.
According to the police on the 19th, the Cyber Investigation Division of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency conducted a search and seizure at the residences of five doctors suspected of revealing the so-called 'list of participating doctors' on the doctors' community 'MediStaff' the previous day.
They are suspected of obstructing business by publicly disclosing the names of residents who did not participate in the collective action, thereby pressuring doctors who intended to return to refrain from doing so. It is known that the list contained the real names of residents who did not join the collective withdrawal.
Additionally, the police also conducted a search and seizure of one doctor who posted the 'List of Public Health Doctors Dispatched for Emergency Medical Support at Medical Institutions' on social networking services (SNS). This list reportedly included public health doctors dispatched to tertiary hospitals to fill the medical gaps caused by the collective withdrawal of residents.
