LG CNS announced on the 19th that it will establish a 'Recruitment-Linked Contract Department' in the graduate program at Yonsei University to secure digital transformation (DX) talent.

LG CNS will open the 'Intelligent Data and Optimization' department at Yonsei University. Through this, it aims to cultivate DX talent who optimize corporate decision-making. The 'Intelligent Data and Optimization' department at Yonsei University will start from the second semester of this year. The application period is until the 26th of this month. Eligible applicants are undergraduate students expecting to graduate and those who have already graduated.
LG CNS plans to intensively nurture DX experts who can immediately perform tasks in various industrial fields such as ▲logistics ▲distribution ▲manufacturing in collaboration with Yonsei University. LG CNS will deploy elite experts in ▲data and artificial intelligence (AI) ▲mathematical optimization ▲smart logistics to support the department’s classes and operations. Yonsei University will be responsible for establishing the department’s curriculum. The educational program includes ▲data analysis ▲mathematical optimization ▲supply chain management.
Master’s students will deeply study theories in each field and simultaneously practice at LG CNS’s DX business sites. LG CNS will cover full tuition fees and provide a certain amount of research funding to master’s students. After obtaining their degrees, master’s students are guaranteed employment at LG CNS.
