‘e-Pyeonhansesang Seodaejeon Station Centro,’ supplied through the redevelopment of Cultural District 2 in Jung-gu, Daejeon, is entering the document submission and winner contract phase. Korea Land Trust acts as the project agent, and DL Construction is responsible for construction, characterized by rapid project progress capability, solid construction skills, and transparent fund management, ensuring a stable project.

The future value is also solid, centered on transportation benefits. It is within walking distance to KTX Seodaejeon Station, and Daejeon Metro Line 1’s Seodaejeon Negeori Station and the confirmed Daejeon Metro Line 2 (tram) are planned, transforming the area into a ‘triple station zone’ in the future.
