Compare 8 Loan Products from 5 Financial Companies and Apply Online
Reduce Financial Burden for Business Customers, 2% Interest Cashback on Loans
Shinhan Bank announced on the 18th that it has launched the ‘Shinhan Business Loan Comparison Service,’ which allows customers to compare business loans from Shinhan Bank and its partner financial companies and apply for the selected loan product remotely.
The ‘Shinhan Business Loan Comparison Service’ was launched to expand customers’ options in selecting products and to practice win-win finance from the perspective of ‘customer immersion,’ which Shinhan Bank President Seonghyuk Jeong has continuously emphasized. Even if customers have no prior transactions with Shinhan Bank, any individual business owner can check information on 8 loan products from 5 financial companies (Shinhan Bank, K-Bank, Shinhan Savings Bank, Daol Savings Bank, BC Card) through the ‘Shinhan SOL Bank’ app and choose the optimal product.
Shinhan Bank plans to expand the lineup to 10 loan products from 7 financial companies by adding Shinhan Card and OK Savings Bank in the first half of this year. Notably, the newly launched service allows customers to check not only unsecured loans but also loans linked to credit guarantee foundation guarantees simultaneously, and it has strengthened the competitiveness of the comparison service by automating the entire process from inquiry to execution.
Shinhan Bank is implementing the ‘Livelihood Finance Support Voluntary Program’ and is conducting a 1 billion KRW scale ‘Interest Cashback’ campaign until June 28 to alleviate the financial burden on business customers. Customers using loans from Shinhan Bank and its partner financial companies through the ‘Loan Comparison Service’ can receive 2% of the loan amount (up to 100,000 points) as My Shinhan Points.
A Shinhan Bank official stated, “We will provide differentiated value from other banks through innovative services specialized for individual business owners,” and added, “We will practice win-win finance that alleviates the financial burden of individual business customers through interest cashback and continue to create sustainable value recognized by customers and society.”
Meanwhile, Shinhan Bank is implementing a ‘Livelihood Finance Support’ voluntary program worth 109.4 billion KRW to sincerely practice win-win finance. The ‘Livelihood Finance Support’ voluntary program consists of ▲287 billion KRW for the Small Business Financial Burden Relief Program ▲22.8 billion KRW for the Future Generation Youth Support Program ▲14.1 billion KRW for the Social Issue Participation Program ▲43.8 billion KRW for support of low-interest refinancing loans for the Korea Inclusive Finance Agency and small business owners. Through this voluntary program, approximately 187,000 customers are expected to benefit from win-win finance.
