Model House Opens on the 19th to Begin Full-Scale Sales
The large-scale apartment complex 'Munhwa Xi SKVIEW,' supplied in Jung-gu, Daejeon for the first time in 20 years, will open for subscription starting on the 29th.
GS Construction announced on the 18th that it will open the model house for 'Munhwa Xi SKVIEW,' being built in Munhwa-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City in collaboration with SK Ecoplant, on the 19th and begin the full-scale sales schedule.
Munhwa Xi SKVIEW is a redevelopment complex of Munhwa 8 District, consisting of 19 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 34 floors above ground, with 1,746 units sized between 39 and 123㎡. Among these, 1,207 units are available for general sale. The number of units by size is ▲52㎡ 83 units ▲59㎡ 317 units ▲75㎡ 305 units ▲84㎡ 502 units.
Starting with special supply on the 29th, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted on the 30th, and second-priority applications on May 2. Winners will be announced on May 9, and official contracts will be conducted from May 20 to 22. Move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2027.
The first-priority eligibility requires applicants to be household heads or members aged 19 or older residing in Daejeon, Sejong, or Chungnam. Among them, those who have held a subscription savings account for more than six months and meet the regional deposit amount qualify for subscription for all housing types. Homeowners can also apply for first-priority subscription. Applicants who were winners under the point system within the last two years can also apply through the first-priority lottery system.
Munhwa Xi SKVIEW boasts excellent educational environments and abundant transportation and residential infrastructure. Dongmun Elementary School is about a 5-minute walk from the complex. Geulkkot Middle School and Dongsan High School are also within walking distance. Nearby are Bomunsan Mountain, Bomunsan Grand Park, Sajung Park, Daejeon O-World, and Daejeon Veterans Park. Hanbat Library, the largest public library in Daejeon, is located right in front of the complex.
Munhwa Xi SKVIEW offers convenient access to downtown and nationwide travel via nearby Yudeung-ro and National Road No. 4. KTX Seodaejeon Station is about a 5-minute drive away. The Chungcheong Regional Metropolitan Railroad Phase 1 line, with the planned Munhwa Station (tentative name) scheduled to open in 2026, will pass near the complex, further strengthening public transportation networks.
Abundant living infrastructure is another feature. Within about a 6-minute drive are neighborhood facilities such as Costco, Homeplus, and Hanaro Mart. Chungnam National University Hospital, the largest tertiary general hospital in the Chungcheong region, is also located nearby.
The product value has been enhanced by incorporating specialized designs such as landscaping and community facilities. Exterior features include curtain wall looks and side special designs. Within the complex, various themed landscaping spaces such as a central plaza with water features, flower gardens, water fun parks, and community gardens are provided.
