A woman suspected her husband's affair in the middle of a road in Vietnam and caused a disturbance, claiming she caught him in the act. The incident was livestreamed on social media, causing a stir locally. The video clearly shows the wife hitting the car of her unfaithful husband with a brick while shouting "Get down."
On the 16th (local time), local media such as VTC reported that Vietnamese police arrested three people, two women and one man, on the evening of the 13th around 10 PM on Tran Phu Street in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam, on charges of violating public order laws.
At the time of the incident, a woman was causing a commotion in the middle of the road, hitting the car window with a brick and shouting "Get down." Inside the vehicle were a man and another woman, and the woman holding the brick claimed that her husband had given a ride to his affair partner. As a crowd gathered due to the disturbance, the woman shouted, "This is my husband, and we have a child," while showing photos stored on her phone to bystanders.
Bystanders at the scene recorded the incident on their phones and uploaded it live to social media, broadcasting the woman's disturbance in real time. The released video shows many onlookers extending their arms to film the scene, with some shouting and cheering, encouraging the woman's outburst. Some even joined in breaking the car window.
The live broadcast of the affair scandal turned the scene into chaos, causing a long traffic jam. Eventually, local police arrived and dispersed the crowd, bringing the disturbance to an end.
The police summoned and investigated the three individuals involved in the incident. A police official told reporters, "The man driving the vehicle admitted that the woman causing the problem is his wife," adding, "Since the man and the other woman in the car have no substantial charges, only the wife will be prosecuted for disturbing public order."
