Gyeongju City Supports Improvement of 'Restaurant Kitchen Facilities'... Up to 5 Million KRW

Support for Facility Improvement Costs at 75 General and Rest Food Establishments

Gyeongju City in Gyeongbuk Province will promote a kitchen environment improvement project for restaurants until the 10th of next month to ensure safe food and prevent food poisoning.


The support targets general and rest area restaurants, providing assistance for ▲painting, replacement, cleaning, and renovation of ventilation facilities such as hoods and ducts inside the business premises and kitchen equipment ▲installation of entrance ramps and handrails ▲installation of handwashing facilities ▲interior costs for introducing food tech devices.

Gyeongju City Supports Improvement of 'Restaurant Kitchen Facilities'... Up to 5 Million KRW Gyeongju-si, Gyeongbuk.

The support scale covers 75 general and rest area restaurants, providing up to 5 million KRW per business, covering 80% of the facility improvement costs, with the remaining 20% borne by the business owner.


Eligible applicants must be general or rest area restaurants that have been in operation for more than two years as of the project announcement date, and the business owner must first improve the facilities and then receive reimbursement.
