Both Quantitative and Qualitative Indicators Recorded Above Average
Achieved 'A Grade' for Two Consecutive Years Following 2022
Korea Venture Investment Corp. announced on the 17th that it received an "A grade (Excellent)" in the "Personal Information Management Level Diagnosis" conducted by the Personal Information Protection Commission.
The Personal Information Protection Commission annually assesses the personal information management levels of central administrative agencies, affiliated public institutions, and local governments. The evaluation criteria include compliance with the institution's legal obligations, efforts by the head of the institution to protect personal information, and prevention of personal information breaches.
Accordingly, a comprehensive evaluation of personal information protection management levels was conducted based on 53 quantitative indicators related to legal obligations, 8 qualitative indicators regarding efforts to enhance personal information protection levels, and the appropriateness of management and supervision.
Korea Venture Investment Corp. recorded above-average scores in both quantitative and qualitative indicators, certifying it as an institution diligent in personal information management. It earned an A grade for two consecutive years, including 2022 and last year.
A representative of Korea Venture Investment Corp. stated, "We will continue to do our best in managing the personal information database of the venture investment ecosystem," adding, "We will become an institution that grows further based on the trust of participants in the venture investment market."
