Singer Kwon Eun-bi, who gained attention as the "Waterbomb Goddess," has purchased a detached house worth 2.4 billion KRW.

On the 16th, Money Today reported that Kwon Eun-bi bought a detached house near the cafe street in Songjeong-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, last March. This building, known as a corner house by the Jungnangcheon Stream, has one basement floor and three above-ground floors, with a land area of 106㎡ and a total floor area of 192.45㎡. It was approved for use in 1990 and has since been remodeled.

Compared to Seongsu-dong, which has recently gained popularity, Songjeong-dong is less expensive and within walking distance to Seongsu Station. Additionally, crossing Dongho Bridge or Seongsu Bridge provides quick access to Gangnam, and its proximity to broadcasting stations in Yeouido, Sangam, and Mokdong makes it a steady target for real estate investment demand.

Recently, singer Bada, formerly of the girl group S.E.S, purchased a building in Songjeong-dong in September 2019, and singer Hong Jin-young also bought a building there last August under the name of her entertainment agency, where she is the CEO. Actress Go So-young also made headlines by purchasing a building in Songjeong-dong for 3.95 billion KRW in 2022.

Kwon Eun-bi signed a contract last March to purchase a detached house on the cafe street in Songjeong-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for 2.4 billion KRW, with the balance expected to be paid in June. Her agency has not made any official statement regarding this matter.

Before her debut, Kwon Eun-bi worked as a backup dancer and debuted in 2014 with the group Ye-A, opening her career in the entertainment industry. However, due to company circumstances, she left the team and re-debuted as the leader of the group IZ*ONE through Mnet's "Produce 48" in 2018, making a comeback in the music scene.

She then transitioned to a solo singer in August 2021 and gained great popularity last year through the Waterbomb Festival as the "Waterbomb Goddess."
