Run Ditto combines the meanings of running (Run) together (Ditto) to practice a sustainable future museum. It is a continuation of the eco-friendly campaign 'For Tomorrow,' which started last year.

The program was designed to encourage visitors to participate in carbon reduction efforts through a challenge of walking or running to the museum, while also promoting public health.

For this campaign, the museum partnered with the running coaching app 'Runday.' Participants can download the Runday app, register for participation, and choose from three challenge programs. The campaign starts on the 22nd, with pre-registration available from the 16th.

The first program, 'MMCA Ttubuk Ttubuk Museum,' is a mission to arrive at the museum on foot. Participants can get off at a nearby stop using public transportation to any museum nationwide and then walk or run for 15 minutes from the stop to the museum to complete the mission.

The second program, 'MMCA Drawing Challenge,' is an art challenge that symbolizes participation in MMCA's sustainable museum efforts. Participants anywhere in the world can walk or run while using their phone's GPS trajectory to connect the letters of MMCA, the English abbreviation of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, or draw at least one of the letters M, C, or A to complete the mission.

The third program, 'MMCA Treasure Hunt Challenge,' involves exploring inside MMCA Seoul to find six hidden QR codes throughout the museum. Participants can enjoy the mission like a game by walking and exploring various spaces within the Seoul branch that they might not usually notice.

Soccer player Park Ji-sung is participating as the project's voice coach, sharing running tips. Anyone who downloads the Runday app and joins the run can listen to his voice while running.

Park Ji-sung said, "I joined this campaign with a good cause to promote public health and protect the Earth's environment," adding, "I will also run together from London."

Kim Sung-hee, director of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, said, "I hope the entire nation enjoys a joyful and energetic spring by walking to museums nationwide through this run project for a healthy Earth, a healthy museum, and a healthy self."
