LG CNS announced on the 16th that it has significantly enhanced and released its enterprise generative artificial intelligence (AI) platform, 'DAP GenAI.'


Since the launch of the language generative AI solution GenAI Text in October last year, the platform has been fully upgraded by adding three solutions: Knowledge Lake, GenAI Image, and GenAI Talk.


GenAI implements business-specialized language generative AI services and large language models (LLM). GenAI Image generates sophisticated images and allows easy creation of customized ultra-large vision models (LVM). GenAI Talk helps improve work productivity by building generative AI-based conversational chatbot services, while Knowledge Lake transforms various internal documents into knowledge, enabling users to find and utilize necessary information.


LG CNS explained that enterprise customers wishing to adopt generative AI services can easily create and apply the required services anytime through the DAP GenAI platform and systematically operate and manage them. LG CNS maximized the platform’s completeness by incorporating technical assets secured through over 20 generative AI cases last year into the ‘DAP GenAI platform.’


Enterprise customers can install the DAP GenAI platform on their own servers, cloud, or other infrastructures to create and utilize generative AI services needed for their business. The issue of information distortion, where generative AI produces false or distorted content, can be resolved by leveraging internal information assets such as documents and data owned by the customer. The platform also supports immediate integration of newly emerging generative AI technologies, allowing customers to always use the latest AI.


In particular, by utilizing Knowledge Lake, all document formats used by a company can be converted into knowledge, and when a question is entered, the generative AI analyzes the documents and provides answers. Through GenAI Text, language generative AI services can be developed, implementing various services such as document summarization, product recommendation, and report writing, which can be deployed and used immediately. GenAI Image enables enterprise customers to generate images for advertising, marketing, product design, etc., supporting various methods such as entering descriptions, uploading base images, or drawing with a mouse. Using GenAI Talk, generative AI-based conversational chatbots can be created and utilized in phone consultations, websites, applications, and social networking services (SNS).


Jang Min-yong, Head of LG CNS D&A Division (Executive Director), said, "Enterprise customers looking to adopt generative AI must consider four factors: performance, cost, speed, and reliability," adding, "The DAP GenAI platform will be the best choice that satisfies all four factors for enterprise customers adopting generative AI."
