Gyeongbuk Office of Education Opens Website 'AI GBee Bot'... Easy Consultation on 8 Types of Information

On the 15th, the Gyeongbuk Office of Education launched the 'Artificial Intelligence GBee Bot,' which provides simple consultations for all information posted on the Gyeongbuk Office of Education website.

GBee Bot is based on artificial intelligence that understands users' question intentions and selects and provides optimized answers through a refined database, offering more accurate responses than OPEN-AI.

The simple consultation service is available through the Gyeongbuk Office of Education website and can be easily accessed anytime via computer or smartphone without separate membership registration or app installation.

The service areas provided include eight categories: staff and work division guidance, civil complaint application and processing results, recruitment announcements and confirmation of successful candidates, admission-related information, information disclosure requests and processing results, and information related to the qualification exam.

The Gyeongbuk Office of Education plans to regularly refine the AI learning database to provide optimized answers and effective services.

In particular, when there are changes in major information such as legal amendments or procedural changes, quality management will be proactively conducted through review by the relevant departments.

In the second half of the year, the scope of services will be expanded to include school administrative data guidance by analyzing operational data from the first half to improve answer accuracy.
