Asia Festival United by Busan, the 2024 Busan One Asia Festival (BOF), will open the first round of Big Concert tickets simultaneously both domestically and internationally through Yes24 at 7 PM on the 19th.
Busan Tourism Organization and Busan City have partnered with Taiwan's KKtix and Japan's Ticket Pia to enable simultaneous online ticket sales overseas for individual foreign tourists.
Held amid the passionate interest of Hallyu fans worldwide beyond Korea, BOF has consistently sold out every time tickets were released, showcasing its powerful ticket demand. Therefore, fierce competition for tickets is expected again this time.
The first star to ignite the global fandom's rapid clicking frenzy is god. The legendary idol group god will appear as a complete unit (Park Joon-hyung, Yoon Kye-sang, Danny Ahn, Son Ho-young, Kim Tae-woo) on the Big Concert stage. This is their first time performing as a full group at a festival excluding broadcasts or solo concerts, promising a diverse showcase of numerous hit songs. In response, fangod (god’s fandom) enthusiastically declared, “We will show the standard of mass singing and cheering.”
Super Junior, attending BOF for the third time following 2019 and 2021, will continue their passionate connection with BOF this year through Super Junior-D&E (Donghae & Eunhyuk). With more mature music and performances, Super Junior-D&E aims to captivate global fans. They expressed their determination, saying, “Since this is our first visit to Busan as a unit, we will show everything including new songs.” Quick ticket booking is essential to experience the charm of this all-rounder unit representing K-POP.
ZEROBASEONE, the 5th generation icon setting first and highest records in K-POP, is also a key player to ignite the ticket battle. Having appeared at BOF last year and returning this year, ZEROBASEONE plans to deliver a dazzling performance including new songs. Born from overwhelming global fandom support since debut, it is said that fans worldwide are fiercely determined to participate in the ‘ticket fight’ without yielding.
Another star expected to trigger the K-POP fans’ rapid clicking war is BOYNEXTDOOR. Known as ‘Midbonek’ (trusted BOYNEXTDOOR), they attract fandom with their friendly boy-next-door charm and free-spirited appeal. Upon the announcement of their BOF appearance, fans have been leaving comments with their hoped-for songs to see on stage, expressing excitement and anticipation for Busan.
The Big Concert, which has drawn explosive interest with its ‘Big lineup,’ will be held on June 8 (Saturday) at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium, featuring a total of nine global artists. Alongside god, Super Junior-D&E, ZEROBASEONE, and BOYNEXTDOOR, Nowadays, N-Sign, LUN8, HIKE, and Billlie are preparing for their trip to Busan.
From legendary groups who laid the foundation of K-POP to the rising stars leading its future, the nine artists at the 2024 BOF Big Concert will write a new chapter in K-POP history. The first gateway to join this historic moment is about to open.
Celebrating its 8th edition this year, BOF consists of diverse programs including the Big Concert, the heart of the Hallyu cultural festival, and the Park Concert featuring healing songs that resonate with all generations. Hosted by Busan City and organized by Busan Tourism Organization, the festival will be held in Busan from June 8 to June 9.
