Naver announced on the 15th that it will provide users of its paid subscription service, 'Naver Plus Membership,' with a 'Guaranteed Arrival Free Shipping' benefit for three months.

Naver is launching an experiment called 'Naver Guaranteed Arrival Free Shipping' for Naver Plus Membership users for three months. Starting today and for the next three months, all membership users will receive a daily shipping discount coupon worth 3,500 KRW. The coupon can be used when purchasing products tagged with 'Naver Guaranteed Arrival' for 10,000 KRW or more.

Additionally, a '3 Months Free Membership' promotion will run until the 31st. The benefit targets new users who have never subscribed to Naver Plus Membership or past users who have no membership subscription history within the last six months.

Naver Plus Membership is expanding user benefits. It has added Naver Travel, Hyundai Card, CU, Shilla Internet Duty Free, TVING, and SPOTV NOW to its open membership model, and recently included benefits from GS25 and Lotte Cinema as well.

Through this, the 'paid subscription retention rate,' which is the rate of users maintaining paid subscriptions through monthly recurring payments, is said to be as high as 95%, indicating a strong base of loyal users.
