Operation of Counseling Center 'Onpan Counseling Room'

The Small and Medium Business Distribution Center announced on the 15th that it will operate a consultation center called 'Onpan Counseling Center' for small business owners participating in the online sales channel support project for small business owners.

'Onpan Counseling Center' is a dedicated consultation center for the online sales channel support project for small business owners, operated to enhance accessibility to the support project and resolve difficulties. The 'Online Sales Channel Support Project for Small Business Owners' is a project jointly supported by the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center and the Ministry of SMEs and Startups to help small business owners enter online sales channels.

'Onpan Counseling Center' will provide various information services related to the project, including business guidance and explanations, application document review, resolving difficulties, and responding to inquiries, for small business owners who have difficulties understanding the application status of the sales channel support project. Consultations are available through a main phone number, chatbot, and chat counseling services.

Lee Tae-sik, CEO of the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center, said, "We expect this to help improve convenience for small business owners participating in the online sales channel support project," adding, "We will assist in participating efficiently in the support project through detailed consultations."
