Gyeonggi Province will operate the "2nd Gyeonggi Province Climate Change Week" from the 17th to the 23rd of this month ahead of Earth Day on April 22.

The campaign will raise awareness of the severity of the climate and economic crises through an online signature drive and urge legislative action by the National Assembly on government policy shifts and key issues.
On the first day of the event, the 17th, the "Switch the Gyeonggi Forum," which introduces the role of citizen science and biodiversity conservation activities, and the "Inclusive Climate Policy Idea Contest," a platform for discovering policies for a healthy and safe society, will be held.
Gyeonggi Province will operate the 2nd Gyeonggi Province Climate Change Week from the 17th to the 23rd in celebration of Earth Day.
On the 18th, the "Garden & Forest Conference" will be held at the Oido Museum in Siheung. Lectures by policy experts on the role of gardens and forests in the era of the climate crisis will take place.
On the 19th, a meeting will be held with RE100 member companies that have business sites in the province to listen to challenges and discuss solutions for RE100 implementation and ESG management.

Additionally, on the 22nd and 23rd, the 2024 Convergence Technology Symposium (subtitle: RE100 and Advanced Environmental Monitoring) will be held at Seoul National University Siheung Campus.
