The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation is promoting the Baby Boomer Generation Connection Job Project this year.
The Connection Job Project is a program that links participating companies in the province with job-seeking Baby Boomers to provide active employment opportunities.
In particular, companies can strengthen their competitiveness by receiving employment subsidies, securing various personnel, and resolving labor shortages. Additionally, it is expected to revitalize the local economy and improve the quality of life through the work experience of Baby Boomers.
The foundation is accepting applications from Baby Boomers who wish to participate in the project through the 'Jobaba Apply (apply.jobaba.net)' until the 19th of this month.
Participating companies can receive a total employment subsidy of 3.6 million KRW per Baby Boomer worker newly hired for three months.
Meanwhile, the foundation recorded a 76% regular employment conversion rate through this project last year.
