[Tomorrow's Weather] Seoul Daytime High 30°C... Continued High Temperatures and Dry Air

On Sunday the 14th, summer-like weather will continue with daytime temperatures in Seoul rising up to 30 degrees Celsius. Most regions nationwide will also experience daytime temperatures above 25 degrees, making it hot.

The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 8 and 15 degrees, and the daytime highs between 21 and 30 degrees. Seoul's morning low will be 14 degrees, with a daytime high reaching 30 degrees. Other major cities' expected lows and highs are Incheon 12 and 27 degrees, Daejeon 12 and 29 degrees, Gwangju 13 and 27 degrees, Daegu 12 and 28 degrees, Ulsan 12 and 24 degrees, and Busan 14 and 23 degrees.

Along with mid-July level high temperatures, the atmosphere will remain dry. With winds blowing somewhat strongly, extra caution is needed to prevent fires.

Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' nationwide. However, in Incheon, southern Gyeonggi, and Chungnam, residual fine dust will accumulate due to stagnant air, temporarily reaching 'Bad' levels in the morning.

The hotter and drier conditions compared to usual will somewhat ease on Monday the 15th as rain falls. Jeju will come under the influence of a low-pressure system moving northward from Shanghai, China, starting from the night of the 14th, and on the 15th, the entire country will be affected by a low-pressure system moving northeast from the Shandong Peninsula. Accordingly, rain will begin in Jeju from the night of the 14th, and from the early morning of the 15th in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungnam, Honam, and western Gyeongnam, spreading nationwide by the morning of the 15th, then tapering off from the west by night.
