Coway Launches 'Birex Reclining Massage Bed and Spine Bed'

Coway announced on the 12th that it will launch the bed-type massage device equipped with reclining function for massage, the ‘Coway BEREX Reclining Massage Bed·Spine Bed’.

The Coway BEREX Reclining Massage Bed·Spine Bed is a new product that enhances convenience by adding an upper body reclining function to the bed-type massage device. It has been recognized for its excellence as a differentiated massage device by winning the Innovation Award in the Digital Health category at ‘CES 2024’.

The BEREX Reclining Massage Bed·Spine Bed features a newly added automatic reclining function that lays down and raises the user, providing a comfortable massage experience from start to finish. When the device is activated, the upper body back pad automatically raises so the user can comfortably lean back and sit, and after sitting, the back pad lies flat and the massage begins. Even after the massage ends, the back pad automatically stands up, allowing elderly or mobility-impaired users to safely get up. The upper body back pad can be raised up to 70 degrees and can be adjusted and fixed at the desired angle.

This new product supports customized massage optimized for the user’s body shape and condition. It automatically measures the length and curvature of the spine to provide a perfectly fitting close-contact massage, and the massage intensity and speed can be finely adjusted in 12 and 3 levels respectively. In addition, the intensity for each area such as neck, back, waist, and hips can be individually selected. Furthermore, it applies a premium heating system that delicately cares for the whole body. The heating ceramic balls, which allow customized micro-temperature settings up to 65℃, warmly massage from the neck to the waist, and heating pads adjustable in 3 levels are installed not only on the upper body but also on the lower body.
