Recruitment of Construction Sector Trade Partners Until the 26th

Bando Construction is conducting its regular recruitment of partner companies for 2024 until the 26th of this month.

The recruitment fields include construction, civil engineering, landscaping, facilities, electrical, materials, safety, and CS in the construction sector. Qualification requirements are based on credit rating agencies (KCB, NICE D&B, eCredible) standards: ▲license holding period of 5 years or more ▲credit rating of B or higher ▲cash flow rating of C- or higher ▲safety rating of SA6 or higher ▲construction capability evaluation amount or sales amount meeting the standard amount by field (according to the standard amount for each field in the announcement) for the company.

Preferred conditions include companies possessing new technologies, new construction methods or patents, ISO certification, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (KOSHA18001), certification as a leading small and medium construction company in construction innovation, and ESG rating of ESG6 or C or higher. Companies with construction performance in small-scale buildings such as urban-type residential housing or neighborhood living facilities, or with construction performance for first-tier construction companies are also preferred.

Application method requires signing up for the electronic procurement system, entering basic information, and submitting credit rating agency documents. Submission of a credit rating report reflecting the 2023 financial statements is mandatory. For fields requiring licenses, submission of construction performance and safety evaluation reports is also mandatory. Applications for partner companies will be accepted through the electronic procurement system until April 26. After screening from April 29 to May 17, results are scheduled to be announced in June.
