Innotherapy, a subsidiary of the global healthcare SCL Group with its new name ‘SCL Science’ (hereinafter ‘SCL Science’), and Ahels are strengthening their competitiveness in the digital healthcare business through collaboration with Nano-X, a digital medical imaging specialist company.
On the 11th, SCL Science and its affiliate Ahels announced that they signed a business agreement with Israel’s Nano-X Imaging Ltd. for cooperation in digital medical imaging devices and AI medical business.
Nano-X is a digital medical imaging specialist company that developed the world’s first silicon semiconductor-based digital X-ray. The digital X-ray ‘Nanox.ARC’ is a product that has dramatically improved image quality, shooting speed, shooting cost, and radiation exposure compared to conventional X-rays. In addition to product sales, Nano-X is expanding its AI medical solution business utilizing the vast accumulated medical imaging data.
SCL Science will collaborate with Nano-X in the AI medical solution field. Based on the medical information and network owned by the SCL Group, they plan to integrate Nano-X’s AI solutions to carry out remote image information reading services and more.
Meanwhile, Ahels, the medical distribution specialist affiliate of the SCL Group, will cooperate for the domestic certification and approval of the digital X-ray Nanox.ARC. Once the approval process is completed, they plan to mutually discuss and proceed with domestic sales.

Kim Jun-yeon, CEO of Ahels, emphasized, “Taking this business cooperation contract with Nano-X as an opportunity, we will actively promote the introduction of the Nanox.ARC, an imaging diagnostic device applying new technology, to secure competitiveness in the domestic imaging equipment distribution market and further expand our business position in the domestic diagnostic testing market.”
