The first day, the 29th, will focus on domestic employment, and the 30th on overseas employment, with each day featuring ▲On-site Recruitment Hall ▲Job Information Hall ▲Employment Lectures & Mentoring.

At the On-site Recruitment Hall, job-seeking youth will have interviews with pre-matched companies and have the opportunity to be hired as interns on the spot. Eleven companies related to the 4th industrial revolution, including those located at Yangjae AI Hub, will participate in the on-site interviews.

At the Job Information Hall, free consultations on self-introduction letters and interviews will be provided on the 29th at company-specific recruitment counseling booths, and employment support information and counseling booths from the Seocho Employment Center of the Ministry of Employment and Labor will also be available.

Additionally, participatory side events such as interview photo shoots and AI competency tests will help attendees prepare for employment.

On the 29th, employment experts and current employees from domestic companies will conduct lectures and mentoring, while on the 30th, experts and current employees from overseas and global companies will do the same.

On the 29th, there will be an employment lecture by Choi Seong-wook, author of "The Backbone of Employment" and head of the Sogang University Employment Support Team, and 16 mentors from leading domestic companies such as Samsung Electronics, Coupang, and SK Hynix will participate.
