Before including early voting, the turnout for this election was lower than the previous one, but the high early voting rate pushed the record higher. The early voting rate for this election was 31.28%, which is 4.59 percentage points higher than the previous election’s 26.69%.

The 3 p.m. turnout for this election is 8.8 percentage points lower than the 68.1% turnout at the same time during the 2022 20th presidential election. If the final turnout for this election surpasses the previous general election, it will be the highest turnout in 32 years since the 14th general election in 1992, which had a turnout of 71.9%. Historical general election turnouts are as follows: 15th - 63.9%, 16th - 57.2%, 17th - 60.6%, 18th - 46.1%, 19th - 54.2%, 20th - 58.0%, 21st - 66.2%.
